There are a number of places you're being seen and connecting with your audience. Make sure it makes sense!
Inside your Sierra Interactive account, there are three places that your brand name and logo can be established or adjusted:
Ensuring that anyone visiting your pages can make a connection between these various points of information is important so that you're always clearly visible to those leads. We strongly suggest that you check these settings to make sure they promote your company and brand appropriately.
Account Contact Info
This area provides you the opportunity to load your logo and header image to your Sierra Interactive pages making sure every landing page that is viewed will provide exposure to your company and brand.
You'll get here by navigating to the gear icon ⚙️ and clicking "Account Contact Info," which brings you to the page seen below.
Also on this page, on the left-hand side, is the 'Office Name' field, which we utilize for merge fields in our automated messages to your leads. This field will identify your company as a whole, not just a single location. You'll want to make sure that the text in ‘Office Name’ name would make sense in the following statement: “Hello [Lead], this is [Agent_Name] with [Office_Name].”
Voice and Text Settings
On this page, you'll need to enable your Hiya Integration. The Hiya Caller ID (2-24 characters) name should match or be a close variation to the office name found in the account contact info seen above.
This is important because your dialer numbers should identify your company in the same way that any automated communication will. For example, if a call from ABC Company appears on their phone when you contact them from your dialer dashboard, the text messages and emails sent to them by our system should also be coming from ABC Company.
To view this setting, navigate to the gear icon ⚙️ and click "Voice and Text Settings".
SendGrid Integration
The email used in your SendGrid settings will be the email address in the 'From' field of your marketing and listing alerts going out to your leads. Once again, it is important that this matches all of the above information so that your leads can clearly make the connection to your brand and company.
To view this setting, click the gear icon ⚙️ and go to "Integrations." Scroll down to SendGrid and click on the icon to check your settings. If the email doesn't match the one you want to use, you can click "Edit" to make any changes.
