Release Notes - 03/26/26

In CRM v1.0.24 and CMS v1.2.1, we closed a set of coordinated tickets focused on strengthening integration stability, data synchronization, and user experience in the CRM, while enhancing search, filtering, and UI consistency on the website.

Across these two releases (CRM v1.0.24 and CMS v1.2.1), we delivered:

• Total tickets: 27

• Bug fixes: 22

• Improvements / enhancements / new capabilities: 5

Roughly, CRM work centered on integration reliability, listings sync, and workflow stability, while CMS work focused on search/filter accuracy, map and location display, and UI polish.

Release v1.0.24 – CRM Pipeline

Scope: This release improves CRM integration stability, data synchronization, and workflow reliability, while addressing key bugs in forms, login, and search.

Highlights

• Twilio Integration SID Number Updates (CRM-287)

  • Improved Twilio integration by updating SID number handling for greater reliability.

• Listings Sync / Revamp Sync Cron Jobs (CRM-285)

  • Overhauled the listings sync cron jobs to ensure more consistent and timely data synchronization.

• Listing status incorrect (CRM-284)

  • Fixed an issue where listing statuses were not accurately reflected between CMS and CRM.

• Listings Alerts / Slow Queries (CRM-244)

  • Optimized queries related to listing alerts to improve system responsiveness.

• Omni Search / Filter "buildings" from results (CRM-205)

  • Improved Omni Search by filtering out irrelevant “buildings” from search results.

Bug fixes and stability improvements

• CRM Forms Not Binding (CRM-258)

  • Resolved a bug causing CRM forms to fail to bind data correctly.

• Login/Account Access – Extended Load Times + Sign-In/Verification Loop (CRM-246)

  • Improved login and account access performance, eliminating excessive load times and verification loops.

• Zapier / CRM Field Values Not Available (CRM-236)

  • Fixed Zapier integration to ensure all CRM field values are available for automation.

• Zapier / Add Source Support + Source Values (CRM-235)

  • Enhanced Zapier integration by adding support for source fields and values.

• Search Bar / San Francisco (CRM-233)

  • Corrected a bug affecting search bar results for specific locations.

• Branch logic not carrying over + Tag selection mismatch in workflows (CRM-231)

  • Fixed workflow issues where branch logic and tag selections were not retained as expected.

• Listing status mismatch between MLS and website (CRM-212)

  • Addressed discrepancies in listing status between MLS data and website display.

• Support Call Workflow Issue (CRM-181)

  • Fixed a bug affecting the support call workflow for CRM users.

• Duplicate SMS Templates Created (CRM-153)

  • Resolved an issue where duplicate SMS templates could be created unintentionally.

Release v1.2.1 – Website (CMS)

Scope: This release focuses on improving search and filter consistency, map accuracy, and UI/UX polish across key website workflows.

Highlights

• Display state in ALL CAPS in Saved Search card (GGMI-3507)

  • Updated saved search cards to display state names in all capital letters for consistency.

• MLS Major / Minor Possible Issues (GGMI-3506)

  • Fixed issues related to filtering and displaying MLS major/minor categories.

• Map zoom level incorrect when loading saved search with MLS Major/Minor filters (GGMI-3505)

  • Corrected map zoom behavior when loading saved searches with MLS major/minor filters.

• Incorrect Location Mapping: Selecting Kern County (GGMI-3503)

  • Fixed a bug where selecting Kern County would incorrectly convert to East Bakersfield.

• Omni Search Issues (GGMI-3502)

  • Addressed multiple issues affecting the reliability and accuracy of Omni Search.

• Clicking on saved search triggers frequency dropdown under Alert button (GGMI-3498)

  • Fixed an issue where clicking on a saved search would incorrectly trigger the alert frequency dropdown.

• Support team – CMS / Duplicate / Redundant Address Line in Search Results (GGMI-3495)

  • Removed redundant address lines from search results for cleaner display.

• “Another Region” input field placeholder disappears randomly (GGMI-3494)

  • Fixed a UI bug where the placeholder for “Another Region” would randomly disappear.

• Inconsistent behavior when selecting state from dropdown vs recent searches (GGMI-3491)

  • Ensured consistent behavior when selecting states from dropdowns or recent searches.

• Improve map zoom level to correctly display pins for school searches (GGMI-3472)

  • Enhanced map zoom logic to better display pins for school-based searches.

• Listing card opens behind map pins on Safari (GGMI-3444)

  • Fixed a display issue where listing cards would open behind map pins in Safari.

• Timezone dropdown UI Is Disturbed (GGMI-3434)

  • Corrected UI disturbances affecting the timezone dropdown.

• Applied Filter Count Is Lost When Opening Copied URL in New Tab (GGMI-3233)

  • Preserved applied filter counts when opening a copied URL in a new tab.
