Release Notes - 03/05/26

In CRM v1.0.21, CMS v1.0.5, and CMS v1.0.6, we closed 39 tickets focused on improving workflow/email reliability, MLS and listing accuracy, website search and map behavior, and overall UI/UX polish for a smoother, more stable experience.

Across these three coordinated releases (CRM v1.0.21, CMS v1.0.5, and CMS v1.0.6) , we closed:

  • Total tickets: 39

  • Bug fixes: 29

  • Improvements / enhancements / new capabilities: 10

Roughly 75% of this bundle focused on bug fixes and stability, with 25% delivering new capabilities and UX polish.


Release v1.0.21 – CRM

Scope: Email reliability, workflow stability, API capabilities, and MLS/listing data accuracy. 

Highlights

  • Gmail‑integrated emails now open reliably in CRM (CRM‑165)

    • Fixed issues where Gmail‑connected emails could not be opened from within the app. Ensures agents can review email threads directly in CRM.

  • Improved listing alerts and saved searches (CRM‑164)

    • Resolved issues preventing some clients from successfully setting up listing alerts/searches. Increases reliability of automated listing notifications.

  • Workflow email reliability & configuration (CRM‑158)

    • Fixed problems with workflow emails not being saved or failing to send. Ensures automated emails from workflows can be created and delivered as expected.

  • Accurate tracking for listing engagement events (CRM‑154)

    • Corrected tracking/naming for “Unfavorite Listing” and “UnHide Listing” events. Improves the accuracy of engagement data and analytics.

  • Resolved MongoDB ID errors in workflows (CRM‑152)

    • Fixed Mongo ID related error messages impacting workflows. Reduces noise and unexpected failures when configuring/running workflows.

  • More flexible tag‑based workflow triggers (CRM‑151)

    • Enhanced triggers that start/stop workflows when tags are added or removed. Supports more granular automation based on tagging strategies.

  • Stabilized workflow branching and deletion (CRM‑150, CRM‑130)

    • Fixed branch logic errors that caused unexpected workflow paths. Resolved issues preventing some workflows from being deleted.

  • New public API to retrieve form details by formId (CRM‑148)

    • Added a public API endpoint to fetch form configuration/details by formId. Enables tighter integrations between websites, forms, and CRM workflows.

  • Collection support for text templates in workflows (CRM‑143)

    • Workflows can now leverage text templates backed by collections. Simplifies management of reusable, dynamic content in automations.

  • Improved listing visibility and MLS data sync (CRM‑137, CRM‑126)

    • Fixed listings not appearing correctly in CRM and/or on websites. Addressed cases where MLS data was not populating properly for some users. Increases confidence that CRM listing data matches MLS.

  • Stabilized contact record navigation (CRM‑133)

    • Fixed an issue where users were “bounced out” of contacts unexpectedly. Makes contact record work more predictable and less error‑prone.

  • Accurate workflow email delivery status in contact logs (CRM‑135)

    • Corrected logs that showed workflow emails as “Successful” when they were not actually delivered. Gives agents trustworthy delivery information for troubleshooting.


Release v1.0.5 – Website

Scope: Core CMS stability, listing/tour UI, search behavior, widgets, and sign‑in.

Highlights

  • Cleaned up listing card tag layout (GGMI‑3421)

    • Fixed overlapping of multiple tags on listing cards. Ensures badge/tag content remains readable and visually consistent.

  • Corrected testimonial widget star ratings on live sites (GGMI‑3419)

    • Fixed display issues where star ratings didn’t render correctly on published testimonial widgets. Ensures social proof appears as intended for visitors.

  • Consistent listing card layout without images (map view) (GGMI‑3416)

    • Fixed misaligned listing cards when a listing had no image in map view. Provides a consistent card layout regardless of image availability.

  • City search loading in CMS (GGMI‑3415)

    • Resolved an issue where the city search component failed to load. Improves efficiency for teams configuring location‑based content.

  • Tour card reliability in gallery view (GGMI‑3412)

    • Fixed an issue where the “Request a Tour” card disappeared when multiple tours were requested from the gallery. Keeps tour request functionality available throughout the session.

  • More intuitive advanced search on mobile (property type)

    • Corrected the behavior of the property type selector in Advanced Search on mobile. Delivers a smoother, more predictable search experience on phones. (GGMI‑3396)

  • Accurate login state in User Profile widget (GGMI‑3373)

    • Fixed cases where the User Profile widget showed users as logged in when they were not authenticated. Provides correct logged‑in/logged‑out display for visitors.

    Reduced flicker in Advanced Search on area pages (GGMI‑3235)

    • Fixed flickering behavior during refresh on area pages with Advanced Search. Creates a smoother, more professional search UI.

  • Stable collection dropdown in Page Editor (GGMI‑3193)

    • Fixed an issue where the collection dropdown in the Page Editor became empty after a refresh. Supports more reliable content editing workflows.

  • Improved sign‑in redirect with existing auth (GGMI‑3133)

    • Corrected logic so users with valid local auth are redirected from Sign In to the dashboard as expected. Reduces friction for returning users.


Release v1.0.6 – Website

Scope: Website UI polish, search and map experience, saved searches/properties, session handling, and small UX details.

Highlights

  • Market Type toggle visibility and accuracy (GGMI‑3439)

    • Fixed the Market Type toggle being cut off and sometimes displaying the wrong value. Ensures users clearly see and understand the current market selection.

  • Tour Method button styling alignment (GGMI‑3431)

    • Corrected border colors for Tour Method buttons so they apply consistently. Keeps CTAs visually aligned with brand styling.

  • Advanced Search styling controls in Search Results widget (GGMI‑3429)

    • Fixed styling controls not applying properly to Advanced Search in the Search Results widget. Restores reliable design control for search interfaces.

  • Tour button border radius on listing detail pages (GGMI‑3428)

    • Ensured border radius settings properly apply to the tour button. Aligns that element with the broader design system.

  • Adjusted “What’s Special” font size on listing details (GGMI‑3427)

    • Updated font size to match design expectations and improve readability.

  • Session expiry and logout behavior in CMS (GGMI‑3426)

    • Ensured users are logged out of CMS when their session expires. Improves security and provides a clear login state.

  • Saved Searches frequency dropdown usability (GGMI‑3424)

    • Fixed the frequency dropdown not opening on the Saved Searches page. Lets users properly adjust how often they receive alerts.

  • Consistent state formatting in Contact Agent modal (GGMI‑3423)

    • Updated default message to use uppercase state abbreviations. Small UX/content polish improvement.

  • Accurate map highlighting with duplicate place names (GGMI‑3422)

    • Fixed incorrect location highlighting when a place name exists in multiple regions. Improves accuracy of map interactions on collection pages.

  • Saved Properties rename menu placement (GGMI‑3410)

    • Corrected the rename option so the menu opens downward in Saved Properties. Improves usability, especially on smaller screens.

  • Request Tour success card layout (GGMI‑3409)

    • Centered the date on the Request Tour success card. Provides a cleaner, more polished confirmation experience.

  • MLS logo display on Featured Properties widget (GGMI‑3405)

    • Fixed an issue where the MLS logo was not displaying. Ensures compliance and consistent branding.

  • Listing card stretching on large screens (map view) (GGMI‑3270)

    • Fixed listing cards stretching on high‑resolution displays in map view. Maintains a consistent layout across screen sizes.

  • Draw option responsiveness and reuse on map view (GGMI‑3257, GGMI‑3406)

    • Improved delay where the Draw option appeared late on first load/refresh. Adjusted Draw link behavior to be reused instead of regenerated unnecessarily. Makes drawn search areas more responsive and predictable.
