Release Notes - 02/26/26

This release deliver targeted fixes to search, listings, maps, and layouts in the CMS, while improving data completeness, filtering, and workflow/email automation in the CRM pipeline for a smoother, more reliable experience across both systems.

CMS Updates (v1.0.3 & v1.0.4)

Overall focus: Better stability, cleaner layouts, and more reliable search & listing experiences across devices.

Search & Filters

  • Improved Advanced Search layout on iPad Pro so layouts no longer break when searches are saved or selected.

  • Fixed an issue where city search did not respect the state in the URL, ensuring more accurate location‑based search results.

  • Resolved a problem where selecting “Time on Site” or “Closed Market” filters could cause infinite loading.

  • Corrected extra spacing and visual quirks in the property type filters (e.g., “Any” vs. “Residential/Commercial”) for a cleaner search experience.

  • Ensured search fields do not incorrectly appear in edit mode on Area pages.

Listings, Maps & Widgets

  • Fixed an issue where map pins were still displaying even when the Listings API returned no properties.

  • Improved Search Results / Featured Properties widget to address pagination issues and prevent crashes.

  • Corrected map pin data points configuration for more accurate mapping on the Search Results page.

  • Adjusted Featured Properties widget so address font sizes display consistently when the widget is first added.

  • Fixed Property Type cards appearing stretched on iPad Pro for a better mobile/tablet experience.

  • Resolved Featured Listings widget carousel navigation issues so users can reliably move between listings.

UI & Layout Improvements

  • Fixed multiple skeleton loader issues so loading states look correct across pages and screen sizes:

    • Skeleton loader now appears reliably on Listing Overview during data fetch.

    • Skeleton loader layout no longer breaks on smaller screens.

    • Hidden & Favorite Properties pages now show skeleton loaders without delay.

  • Cleaned up various layout issues:

    • “Ask a Question” and “Request Tour” cards now stay properly aligned.

    • Error message toasts on tour cards are now aligned with the rest of the UI.

    • Listing details widget headings and fonts no longer “break” on first drag‑and‑drop in the editor.

    • Dual toggle switches that previously appeared after screen resize are now removed.

  • Fixed a transparent dropdown issue in the editor so controls remain clearly visible.

Authentication & Forms

  • Corrected an issue where the “Sign In” header button sometimes redirected to a full login page instead of opening the expected sign‑in popup.

  • Fixed the Ask a Question action for guest users so the correct authentication popup is shown.

  • Resolved a bug where the phone number placeholder in the Contact Agent form changed after a user began typing.

Saved Searches & Saved Properties

  • Fixed an issue where the Save button stayed in a loading state when editing a saved search.

  • Addressed UI issues on Saved Properties cards, including layout problems on large screens.

  • Ensured Overview tags reflow correctly when some tags are missing to avoid broken layouts.

Editor & Styling Controls

  • Added style controllers for Tour Request and Ask a Question success cards to give more control over how these messages look.

  • Added controllers for the Price dropdown, improving configurability in the editor.

  • Listing cards now use proper anchor tags, improving accessibility and consistent navigation.


CRM Pipeline Updates (v1.0.19 & v1.0.20)

Overall focus: More accurate contact data, more reliable automation workflows, and improved filtering and template behavior.

Contact & Data Accuracy

  • Fixed an issue where contacts created via the Registration Form were missing First Name, Last Name, and Phone details, ensuring new contacts now carry complete information.

  • Added created_at and updated_at support for Areas, Area Groups, and Jobs modules, providing better tracking and reporting over time.

Listings & Filters

  • Corrected behavior where the Listings filter automatically applied “Active / Active Under Contract” status when no status was selected; filters now respect user choices and remain neutral when unset.

  • Introduced a dynamic date filter for object filtration, enabling more flexible time‑based filtering (e.g., “last X days”).

Email Templates & Automation

  • Fixed an issue where automated email alerts were sending unresolved template placeholders (e.g., showing tokens instead of property data); emails now populate correctly with property information.

  • Addressed an email formatting issue in templates so outbound messages display more cleanly for recipients.

Workflows & Automation Logic

  • Improved Workflows stability around:

    • Saved and Favorited Property triggers so the correct triggers fire without duplication.

    • Multiple appointment triggers, ensuring appointment‑based automations behave as expected.

    • Message collection support, making sure inbound messages can be correctly used within workflows.

    • Branch logic, resolving error messages when using “if/else” style workflow branches.

  • Fixed a display issue where Contact Type was shown as an internal ID instead of a readable label in workflows.

  • Enhanced workflow tasks so tasks can be reliably assigned to the Contact Owner, ensuring clearer ownership and follow‑up.
