# How to Set Up Listing Alert Emails
## This article explains how to create a listing filter and configure automated listing alert emails.
**Steps to Set Up Listing Alert Emails on a Contact**
1. On a contact Navigate to **Listings**
2. Create the filter for the listings you would like to track
3. Click **Save** to save the collection
4. Scroll down to the **Listing Alerts** section
5. Locate the listing alert you saved and named
6. Click **Edit**
7. Select your preferred:
- Alert frequency
- Email
8. Save your changes
Your listing alerts will now send based on the frequency you selected.
