How to Set Up Listing Alert Emails

This article explains how to create a listing filter and configure automated listing alert emails.

Steps to Set Up Listing Alert Emails on a Contact
  1. On a contact Navigate to Listings
  2. Create the filter for the listings you would like to track
  3. Click Save to save the collection
  4. Scroll down to the Listing Alerts section
  5. Locate the listing alert you saved and named
  6. Click Edit
  7. Select your preferred:
    • Alert frequency
    • Email
  8. Save your changes


Your listing alerts will now send based on the frequency you selected.
