# How To Impersonate A User
#### Overview
Members with Owner Access can impersonate other team members. The following article will outline how to do so.

#### Step-by-Step Instructions
### 1. Log in to the CRM
Log in with your CRM credentials

### 2. Navigate to Settings
- Click **Settings**
- Select **Team**
---
### 3. Locate the Team Member You Need to Impersonate
- You may want to select the checkbox on the left-hand side to highlight the team member (this is helpful if you have a large team)

### 4. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page
- You will need to locate the horizontal scroll bar
- Scroll to the far right of the page
---
### 5. Impersonate User
- Click on the "Person" Icon labeled "Impersonate"
---
#### Once You Have Finished Impersonating
Once completed:
- Locate the "Return To My Account" button in the top right corner
---
#### Things To Know
- Any action completed will be done under the impersonated team member's name
- Only Owners and Admins should utilize this functionality
---
