How to Create Listing Collections (Saved Views)

Accessing Your Listings

1. Click Listings in the left-side menu.

2. By default, all properties appear under the All Listings tab.

Filtering Listings

1. Click the Filters button.  

2. Apply the filters you want.

   • Example:

     • City: Orlando

     • List Price: $500,000 or higher

3. Wait for the filtered results to load.

Saving a Collection (Saved View)

1. Once your filters are applied, click Save.

2. Choose Save as new collection.

3. Enter:

   • Collection Name

   • Description (optional)

Pinning or Hiding Collections

• Pinned collections appear as tabs at the top of the Listings page.

• Hidden collections do not appear as tabs but are still accessible.

Viewing All Collections

1. Click the gear icon on the right side of the Listings page.

2. This shows both pinned and unpinned collections.
