How to Create a Template

Use templates to quickly save and reuse text or email messages across the CRM. Templates can also be tagged and organized for use in workflows.



Create a New Template

  • In the left-side panel, navigate to Templates

  • Review existing templates in your database

  • Click New Template in the top-right corner

  • Enter a template name so it’s easy to find later

  • Choose the template type (Text or Email)

  • Add tags if you plan to use the template in workflows for example.

  • Write your message content

  • Click Save

 

Manage & Organize Templates

  • All Templates will appear in the All Templates list

  • Create collections to organize templates by type or purpose

    • Email-only templates

    • Text-only templates

    • Custom groupings based on a workflow

  • Use filters to build and manage these collections efficiently
