How to Create a Template
Use templates to quickly save and reuse text or email messages across the CRM. Templates can also be tagged and organized for use in workflows.
Create a New Template

In the left-side panel, navigate to Templates

Review existing templates in your database

Click New Template in the top-right corner

Enter a template name so it’s easy to find later

Choose the template type (Text or Email)

Add tags if you plan to use the template in workflows for example.

Write your message content
-
Click Save
Manage & Organize Templates
-
All Templates will appear in the All Templates list

Create collections to organize templates by type or purpose
-
Email-only templates
-
Text-only templates
-
Custom groupings based on a workflow

Use filters to build and manage these collections efficiently
