How to Connect GGMS IDX/CRM to Zapier 

The GGMS IDX/CRM Zapier integration allows you to connect your CRM with third-party applications so you can automate workflows, move data between systems, and reduce manual work.

With this integration, you can use both triggers and actions inside Zapier to send or receive information between GGMS IDX/CRM and other tools in your tech stack.

At this time, the Zapier integration is currently in beta and available by invite only.

Before You Begin

To get started, you will need:

• A Zapier account

• The private developer invite link for the GGMS IDX/CRM Zapier app

• Access to your GGMS IDX/CRM account

• Permission to create an API key inside your CRM account

If you do not already have a Zapier account, visit Zapier and create one first.

Step 1: Accept the Zapier App Invite

Because the GGMS IDX/CRM Zapier integration is currently in beta, you must first receive and open the developer invite link provided by our team.

Once you open the link, Zapier will prompt you to accept the invite and add the GGMS IDX/CRM app to your Zapier account. After accepting the invite, the app will become available when creating a new Zap.

Step 2: Create a New Zap

Inside Zapier, click Create to start building a new Zap.

You will then be able to choose GGMS IDX/CRM as either:

• a Trigger

• or an Action

This allows you to automate workflows based on activity happening inside your CRM or send data back into the platform from other connected tools.

Step 3: Create Your API Key in GGMS IDX/CRM

To connect your account to Zapier, you will need to generate an API key from inside your GGMS IDX/CRM account.

To create your API key:

1. Log in to your GGMS IDX/CRM account

2. Go to Developers

3. Select API Keys

4. Click Create API Key

When creating the key, use the following recommended settings:

• Name: Zapier

• Expiration Date: Never

• Access Level: Organizational

• Key Type: Secret

• Mode: Live

After you create the API key, copy it immediately so you can use it in Zapier.

Step 4: Connect Your Account in Zapier

Return to Zapier and, when prompted, paste your API key into the connection window.

Once entered, click Connect.

After the connection is successful, your GGMS IDX/CRM account will be available for use inside your Zap. You can then select that connected account and continue building your automation.

Available Zapier Capabilities

The GGMS IDX/CRM Zapier integration includes a wide range of automation options.

Example triggers may include:

• New contacts

• New notes

• Listings added

• Listing alerts created

Example actions may include:

• Create a task

• Delete a task

• Find a task

• Find a listing

• Find listing alerts

• Find notes

The integration is designed to be flexible, giving you the ability to both trigger automations from CRM activity and perform actions inside the CRM from external systems.

Beta Notice

This integration is still in beta, and we are actively improving it.

As you test the Zapier integration, you may come across bugs, unexpected behavior, or use cases that need refinement. Your feedback is extremely helpful as we continue expanding and stabilizing the integration over the coming months.
