Creating a Custom Field in GGMS CRM
Add custom fields to your contact records to capture and organize important lead details in your CRM.
Overview
Custom fields allow you to store additional information about your contacts beyond the default fields provided in the system. For example, you might want to track a contact’s favorite food, preferred neighborhood, referral source notes, or other custom details.
Fields appear directly inside the contact profile and can be grouped into sections for better organization.
